Refund & Cancellation Policy
Commercial policy for PontiCare subscriptions: cancellation, refunds, and data portability on exit.

Cancellation
Subscriptions are billed on usage and can be cancelled from the administrator dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; the days already paid for remain available until then.
Refunds
Setup fees and custom integration charges are non-refundable once engineering deployment has started. Subscription fees may be refundable where contracted service commitments are not met.
Data portability
On cancellation, the facility retains ownership of its clinical and operational records. Individual patients can download their own record from the patient portal. A facility-wide return of data is arranged under the institution's order form rather than as a self-service export, at no export penalty for standard packages.
